The Partner Throwdown event kicks off at 9:00 AM and is open to any gender pairings. The entry fee is $60 per team, and participants will take on three different workouts throughout the competition.
While there won’t be official judges on the floor, guidance will be provided by coaches to ensure fair and effective performance for all teams.
Both teammates will need to sign-up at the link below at $30 per person.

Immediately following the last workout, roughly 1pm. Purchase raffle tickets to go towards your choice of raffle items including a voucher for a pair of TYR shoes, gift baskets from CrossFit Mayhem, Peak Hydration Lounge, Onward Physical Therapy and more!
Food and beverages will be available for purchase while we celebrate everyone’s effort that morning and of course Janey’s journey back to the CF Games. We expect to be at Stemma until 4pm.
